Eagle Ridge Community Picnic

Last Saturday, our home owners association had their annual barbeque. It's always fun to spend time with neighbors you might not otherwise talk much to. Except for some pesky bees (poor Ben was a ball of "scawy"), we had a great time!

Some of our neighbors: Ken, Bernice, Judy (married to Ken), and Ashley, all hanging out.

Chris, our neighbor next door to us, bought special treats for the kids: ice cream bars!

Maddie ate hers handily. Ben had a few bites, but left most of it for mommy. He's not really a "cold" guy. ...I didn't mind ;)

Have you ever seen a cat eat potato salad? Ben hadn't either...

Ben thought it was lots of fun to drive the Cozy Coupe down the cul de sac and make us bring him up. Seriously, the hill is not *that* steep! Here's Joe pushing Ben up with our neighbor, Judy. Ken and Judy are so sweet! They love our kids, and we can't fault them for that :)
