For Ben's 2nd birthday we decided to get him a big boy bed. Well, maybe he told us in his own way what he wanted. For about two weeks he climbed into Maddie's bed at bedtime. This had a double effect: It ticked Maddie off something fierce (why do boys love to hear girls scream?) and it let us know that he was ready for a big bed!
Here's a look at his completed bed. He has fish and Superman sheets. He doesn't know who that is yet, but daddy was quite pleased with the choice!

We took down the crib two weeks ago and sold it last weekend. There is no turning back. We no longer have babies in our house. It is a bitter sweet moment for sure, but we're very proud of what a big boy he is!!

I remember when people told me "they grow up so fast" and I found it kind of annoying. So I won't say it, lol!
