Ben at the beach

For those of you who missed it...Ben turned 4 yesterday!! He had a great day. Maddie announced to the ENTIRE church that it was her brother's birthday. HAHA!!! We took him to see 'Cars 2' then went to a church barbeque at our friend's house, where everyone (over 50 people) sang happy birthday to him! Not a bad way to turn 4 :)

So! In honor of Ben's day yesterday, I thought we'd start our annual ocean montage with him. Last weekend we spent on the Oregon Coast with my parents. It's our annual trip, and we all look forward to it!!

Touchin' a starfish. He wasn't brave enough at first, but finally mustered up the courage for a quick finger poke. Silly scaredy-cat.

He decided to walk up a small sand dune...and fall off....then get back on. I love how he's absolutely COVERED in sand. He was spitting it out as he walked along!
