Baby Shower

Before you get all excited, no I'm not pregnant. That ship has sailed! haha! We do, however, have several friends who are expecting (and all boys at that!). So this weekend, we hosted a baby shower for the first of the little men to arrive. The proud parents-to-be are Jared and Beka Anardi. Jared was Joe's groomsman in our wedding! We are so excited for them and can't wait to meet baby Anthony :)

I know Beka is gonna hate me for posting this, but I think she looks so cute! Erica is adding comic relief in the background.

Maddie was my little helper (green gloves and all). She brought Jared and Beka all the gifts to open. Though she did have a hard time with the idea that it was for someone ELSE and not her. Ben actually opened one of the presents! Doh!

This wasn't exactly a "conventional" shower. More like a BBQ with some baby gifts! Here is Maddie and Ben teaching Kevin (l), Adam, and Jon a thing or two about Hot Wheels :)

Mr. Ben thought it'd be fun to wear the new diaper bag (that Erica MADE! Wow!). What a cheese-ball!

Apparently diaper bags make a guy tired....
